Our order processing times are 24 hours (excluding weekends). Once the order has been processed, you should receive an order confirmation email similar to this:

As far as delivery is concerned, we try to guarantee a delivery ranging from 48 to 72 working hours for France. However, this time can be extended by 1 day or 2 given that the demand is very important and that stocks are limited.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email similar to this:

Once you have received your tracking number, please enter it on our tracking service on the “Track my Parcel” page or on the Colis Privé website (for home delivery) or Mondial Relay (for relay point delivery).

For shipping within the European Union & Internationally:

• The procedure remains the same for the European Union, however the deadlines are 72 to 96 working hours.
• For International, delays can take from 5 to 10 days depending on your location on the globe.
